Certification Requirements

Academic Pillars

  • Complete full study in 8 approved subjects (Grade 10+).
  • Sit external CXC/CSEC examinations for all assigned subjects.
  • Satisfactory completion of all SBAs.
  • No subjects may be dropped mid-cycle.

Conduct & Service

  • Consistent good conduct in all school activities.
  • Active participation in at least one co-curricular club.
  • Full compliance with community service hours.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality records.

Financial & Admin

  • Full payment of all school fees.
  • Return of all rented textbooks and school property.
  • Clearance of all library fines or outstanding dues.

Behavioral Standing

  • No major disciplinary sanctions in the final year.
  • Compliance with the School Grooming Policy.
  • Adherence to the Student Code of Conduct.

Certification Note

Failure to meet these criteria will result in a School-Leaving Certificate rather than a Graduation Certificate.
