About the Service
The Valedictory Service is a cherished Camperdown High School tradition that marks the culmination of five years of hard work, growth, and achievement. This solemn yet joyful occasion brings together students, staff, and parents to celebrate the graduating class.
Who Is Eligible?
All Grade 11 students are eligible to participate once they have maintained satisfactory conduct and completed all academic and community requirements.

Dress Code
- Girls: Full school uniform under the gown with black shoes.
- Boys: White long-sleeve shirt and khaki pants under the gown, black or brown shoes.
Requirements for Participation
- Completion of the CSEC curriculum and registration for at least eight subjects.
- Submission of all School-Based Assessments (SBAs).
- Completion of at least 15 hours of community service per year from Grades 9–11.
- Active participation in at least one co-curricular activity each year.
- Good conduct with no suspensions or demerits.
- All school fees and obligations settled.
Selection of Valedictorian
The Valedictorian is selected based on academic excellence, leadership, service, and outstanding conduct. Final approval is given by the Academic Staff after student nominations.
